What I Offer
Private Training, Semi-Private Training and Small Group Training 

I am both classicly and contemporarily trained, and have been teaching Pilates for over 5 years. I want to help facilitate change in your body so that you can reach your goals.  When you decide to work with me, we will set up a Free 55 minute Consultation.  Together we will review your fitness goals and design a plan to help you get the most out of your Pilates practice.    I work out of my home and currently have 2 Balanced Body reformers, 2 Balanced Body Chairs and 2 barrels.  I also have a TRX and a variety of other pieces of equipment.  I enjoy helping people, I love having fun with my clients and I really look forward to meeting you.

Semi-Private ( for couples or 2 people ) $50/per person

Small Group Sessions ( for 3 - 4 people ) $45/per person
